Year 11 Camp

Early in Term 3, Year 11 students have the opportunity to participate in a weeks work experience in Melbourne.

The purpose of this camp is for students to experience work life in Melbourne and negotiate all that this entails including travelling to work on public transport.

Students have the opportunity to undertake a range of work placements which in the past have included Victoria Police, the Children's Court, the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre, Melbourne University, Telstra, Public Relations firms, Wrights Marketing and Royce Constructions, the RACV Club, Melbourne and AGE newspapers.

The students are challenged during their work experience, meeting and interacting with new people and are able to develop their independence & confidence.
