Choir
Mortlake College is very proud of its school choir which has been established now for several years. Any student can choose to belong to the choir, the only requirement is that they need to commit for the whole year.
The choir performs at special school events and at the end of the year have an excursion to Warrnambool or Melbourne to sign Christmas Carols for others. The past three years we have travelled to Warrnambool and sang for the residents at South West Health Care, & Warrnambool Police. That connection is a treasured one and provides students with a greater sense of meaning and enjoyment.
Kath Tanner is the choir director and Sue Amos assists her in managing the choir.
We welcome any help for interested parents who would like to contribute to the choir.
